At Soundfit Wear, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You can cancel or modify your order (size, variant, etc.) within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Contact us at contactus@soundfitwear.com before your order is processed.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to request a return:

1. Email us at contactus@soundfitwear.com for approval.

2. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Once approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

4. No restocking fees apply.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contactus@soundfitwear.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, place a new order and return the original item following our return process.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Soundfit Wear is not responsible for orders marked as "delivered" by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend contacting the courier for assistance.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing times vary by bank but typically take up to 5 business days.
